At Trytini.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

  • All tags, manuals, accessories, and free items (if any) must be returned along with the product.
  • The request for a return or refund must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or hygiene-related products).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or not following care instructions.
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked “non-returnable.”

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where you received a defective or wrong product.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
