2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 3 days of receiving your product.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

4. Refund Process

  3. After approval, return the item as instructed by our team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
    • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong product delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
